James “Jim” L. Falgout, CPA

Jim Falgout founded the firm in 1986 in Richardson, Texas. Prior to that, he worked for two large international and two local CPA firms and a publicly held oil and gas company. He enjoys assisting and advising business owners and individuals with accounting and tax issues.

He assists business owners with selecting the most advantageous type of entity, developing tax strategies, providing financial statements for third parties and understanding their financial statements in addition to compliance with federal and state income tax requirements. He assists business owners with developing business strategies, monitoring them and adjusting those strategies for the most profitable results. He believes in developing a sound business strategy then determining the best income tax benefit.

He assists individuals with their income tax strategies and compliance with income tax requirements. This can include timing of sales or purchases of assets; to understanding how changes in the tax codes affects them.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions whenever they need information. They are not charged for phone calls or emails unless major research or calculations are required.
